Behind the Camera
MSP Storytellers is Niki LaMonica and Mathew Provost. We make video and photo content for managed service providers, and that’s all we do. We chose one industry on purpose so we could learn it inside and out and master the craft of telling its stories.
Niki spent 16 years at a B2B software company, starting as a UX designer and working her way up to VP of Creative Services and Client Success. She’s been on the tech side long enough to know how hard it is to market something people can’t see. Mathew brings an extensive film background, with credits on major pictures including Brokeback Mountain and The Women.
Between us, we cover the storytelling, the creative, and the production. You get one team that handles everything from the first script to the final edit.
MSPs do important work, but it’s hard to show. Nobody can see a network or a help desk ticket. What your clients are really buying is your people, and most MSP websites don’t show them at all. Just stock photos and generic copy.

I hate being on camera. Is this going to be painful?
Almost everyone says that on the kickoff call. By the end of the shoot day, most of them are asking what else we can film. You get the script ahead of time, coaching on the day, and a teleprompter, so you are never staring down a lens trying to remember your line. We've got you.
Do we have to come to you?
Nope. We come to your office and shoot everything on site. Want a change of scenery? We can put you in a production space or a podcast studio instead. Your call. We also never charge for Travel.
Who writes the scripts?
We do. Every one of them. You read them over, change anything that doesn't sound like you, then show up and read the teleprompter.
What do we actually get?

How long will a shoot take?
