We make quality videos and photos for MSPs, and that's our whole focus. We picked one industry on purpose so we could really get to know it and master the craft.
Niki spent 16 years at a B2B software company, starting as a UX designer and working her way up to VP of Creative Services and Client Success. She's been on the tech side long enough to know how hard it is to market something people can't see. Mathew brings an extensive film background, with credits on major pictures like Brokeback Mountain and The Women. Together, we cover the storytelling, the creative, and the production, so our clients get one team that handles everything from the first script to the final edit.
We started MSP Storytellers because we kept seeing the same problem. MSPs do really important work, but it's hard to show. Nobody can see a network or a help desk ticket. What clients actually buy is the people, and most MSP websites don't show those people at all. Stock photos, generic copy, and that's about it.
The other problem is time. MSP owners are busy running their business, and nobody has a spare week to write scripts and figure out lighting. So we built our process around taking that off their plate. We start with a kickoff call, ask a lot of questions, and write all the scripts ourselves. Everything goes into our own app, so your team can see their scripts, the schedule, and the shot list before we ever show up. Then we come to you and knock it all out in one shoot. We travel anywhere and don't charge for it.
From that one shoot, you walk away with months of content: website videos and photos, client testimonials, talking head videos, LinkedIn posts, and ad creative. Every client also gets our Signature Series for free. We do headshots of everyone on your team, plus a short video of each person talking about their job and what they're like outside of work.
